Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment
You are provided with a Welcome Package prior to your first session.
60-90 minute one-one session with Nora completed either in person or virtually.
Lifestyle and nutrition assessment, baseline goal setting, and development of nutrition and/or exercise care plan based on your needs.
Access to an online platform where you can store all forms, handouts, and appointment information in one place. This includes your meal plan and journals if those are part of your nutrition care plan.
Ongoing support via email as needed between sessions.

Nutrition Follow Up Sessions
30 or 60-minute options are available for nutrition to follow up sessions
During our follow-up sessions, we will continue to talk through your personal goals, revise our care plan as needed, talk through medical labs as needed, identify additional resources that might be helpful to you (i.e. supplements, books, podcasts, referral to see a mental health professional, etc.).

Snack or Meal Support
Nora is able to provide you with snack or meal support sessions. During these sessions, she helps you to eat by using a calm and supportive approach. She helps you to plan a nourishing meal or snack according to your individualized needs.
Snack or meal support can be a wonderful option if you are trying a feared food or if you lack support at home to eat.

Who Do I Help?
Individuals who are healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, or folks who would like to improve their relationship to food and their body. A formal diagnosis is not required.
If you would like to develop a peaceful relationship with food, you have come to a supportive place. I provide nutrition counseling to individuals who are seeking support and guidance on their journey toward eating disorders and diet culture recovery. I work primarily with adults who are ages 18 +.
Nutrition counseling is available for individuals seeking support with:
